In 2001, after completing my IT education in New Zealand, I began working as a contractor.

My career started out in a warehouse, building physical computers for mass distribution.

Following that, I was employed by a well-known retail company with 291 locations in Australia and 17 in New Zealand as the NZ IT Manager. I oversaw the IT requirements for all New Zealand stores and the headquarters, and I worked with Australia to modernize systems and simplify all facets of IT.

Organizing my professional life around my family, I began specializing in the school sector. There, I worked with a team to update and develop technology for college systems using Open Room Educational Concepts.

My specialty up to this point was all about hardware, networks, software, and end-user support for individual home users and businesses. With my background and expertise in retail, New Zealand schools, and the medical industry, I find myself truly enjoying analyzing businesses and coming up with the best IT solution for small to medium-sized businesses. 

It should come as no surprise, then, that my area of expertise has shifted to SEO strategies, social media, and website design.
